  • Start with yoga
    • You have to learn how to breathe properly and you have to focus on your breath to be able to do the poses
  • Try a meditation class
  • If you’re doing it at home, light a candle, sit in front of it, and stare at the flame to help clear your mind
  • Search YouTube for meditation music playlists
  • Try seeing an energy healer
